A leading global tech company is seeking a Monitoring Specialist (Broadcast Operations) to join their Remote UK team. In this role, you will monitor and troubleshoot top-tier live broadcasts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a flawless viewing experience for billions of users across a family of apps.

You will be hands-on with cutting-edge streaming technology, supporting live events in real time, escalating technical issues, and working closely with engineering and operations partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor high-profile live broadcasts across multiple platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as they arise.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and support incident resolution.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across engineering, operations, and partnerships.
  • Lead and report on high-impact broadcast operations projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluency in an additional EMEA language required
  • 2+ years’ experience in live streaming, broadcast, or content operations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot in a live broadcast environment.
  • Technical knowledge in transcoding, captions, streaming pipelines, and routing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in dynamic settings.
