Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Monitoring Consultant (OSS) to support expansion of ticketing and access control systems across London’s transport network under a long‑term programme. The role focuses on due diligence, environment assessment, and documentation, with potential to implement Dynatrace or BMC Discovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading or overseeing Systems Monitoring Operations with mixed stack of COTS and Open-Source Solutions.
• Technical background and experience on implementation of different types of Monitoring (Server, Logs, Application Performance Management, Synthetic).
• Past exposure to Microsoft SCOM/Solarwinds is desirable; Dynatrace as future monitoring tool.
• BMC Discovery past experience optional.

Responsibilities

• Support the due diligence process and acquire knowledge of current Monitoring and asset discovery situation.
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Monitoring Environment (SCOM and many other similar Tools Solarwinds) and IT asset discovery tool.
• Identify and document all relevant processes, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, support functions, and business stakeholders to extract a full picture of the environment.
• Help determinate how new solutions can be implemented (Dynatrace or BMC Discovery).
• Deliver clear documentation and strategic recommendations to inform decision‑making and planning.
