Job summary

Philips Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to promote solutions across London and the South-Central region. You will train end users, technicians and operators to ensure safe and effective use of Philips equipment after installation and handover.

You will deliver high-quality clinical and technical support to maximise customer satisfaction and support optimal patient care throughout the territory, working with account managers and product managers.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of Monitoring products; ECG systems knowledge is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical field using monitoring devices.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written; local language where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars and trade shows.
• Work as part of an account team to meet modality targets and account plans.
• Provide required applications reports after visits and training sessions.
• Train customers in applying best clinical procedures and protocols for optimal equipment use.
• Ensure high-quality training and ongoing customer satisfaction.
