Job Description:

We're looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Operations function.

Your Role: As an event operations executive, you will be a key part of the event operations team, supporting the operational delivery of the Money20/20 shows. Your role will be a core support role both in the lead-up to and during the onsite delivery of the shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage branded asset list including collating requirements, placing orders, overseeing deliveries
  • Manage the relationship with the logistics supplier and oversee show shipments
  • Manage onsite temporary staffing for the events, including collating team requirements, managing schedules, compiling briefing packs, and leading training and onsite delivery
  • Handle administration tasks such as onsite documentation, FAQs, welcome packs
  • Set up and run the onsite organisers’ office
  • Support other core deliverables like networking events and catering
  • Maintain Supplier Database and contact information
  • Perform ad hoc duties such as minute-taking, radio/mobile phone ordering

Special requirements:

  • This role supports events across different time zones, so flexible work hours are necessary
  • The role requires travel, including to The Netherlands, Thailand, and the USA
