An international supplier of engineering components is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager in London. You will be responsible for developing new business, achieving sales targets, and supervising the sales team. Fluency in Japanese and English is essential, along with relevant experience in a management role.

• Fluent business level English in writing and speaking.
• Work experience at a Japanese trading house preferable.

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

Job status: Permanent

Working hours: 09:30 - 18:00

Who You'll Be Working for:An international supplier of engineering components

Responsibilities:

• Develop the new business and maintain the current accounts
• Achieve sales target and monitoring sales activities (Budget control)
• Supervise and authorise work listed below done by the sales and marketing staff.
• Administration processes (i.e. quote, order receipt, order placement, export documents, etc)
• Project management including customer/supplier supports product specification
• Business trips to suppliers/customers and defence shows
• Coordinate with the managing director and other directors including the subsidiary in Japan and oversea region.

Requirements:

• Japanese mother tongue level
• Fluent (business level) English ability in writing and speaking
• Work experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable)
• Work experience with management role
• Engineering back-ground (preferable)
• Driving licence holder
• Responsible character
• Excellent communication skill
