Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training in Banbury is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy team. The role involves light picking and packing, with a focus on accuracy, organisation and following instructions to maintain high quality dispatch readiness.

Working hours are Monday–Friday with either 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00 shifts. Full training is provided and you will be supported within a friendly warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable, but full training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out light picking and packing of products.
• Accurately pick items according to orders and instructions.
• Check products and quantities carefully before packing.
• Ensure all goods are packed correctly and ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised working area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently as part of a team.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods or issues to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
