Job summary

RecruitME is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a permanent Monday-to-Friday day shift in a March start, within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will maintain production equipment, respond to breakdowns, and carry out planned maintenance to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

You should have a time-served engineering apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3/HNC or equivalent, strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilities.
• Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Responding quickly to production breakdowns.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Identifying engineering improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Helping to reduce downtime and recurring faults.
• Maintaining maintenance records using the CMMS.
• Working with production colleagues to support performance.
• Ensuring work is safe and compliant with procedures.
• Supporting continuous improvement across the site.
