The CNC (Secondary) Operator plays a vital role in Boyd Thermal by Eaton’s Secondary Team, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our die-cast manufacturing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for the secondary processing of die-cast components, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and production timelines. Key responsibilities include operating secondary machinery, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimize the manufacturing process. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset are crucial as you contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing goals.
This position is for 1st shift (7am-3pm or 6a-2p). Position could eventually move to 2nd shift.
Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
