Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD level role; candidates not yet awarded may be appointed as Research Assistant.
• Experience with viruses in mammalian cell systems and genetic manipulation techniques.
• Experience using AlphaFold and other bioinformatics tools with host factors.

Responsibilities

• Validate roles of host factors linked to influenza A polymerase in the host cell nucleus.
• Combine bioinformatics and molecular virology to assess virus replication and factor interactions.
