Qualifications

  • Experience with mammalian cell systems and virology methods.
  • Proficiency in genetic manipulation and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AlphaFold and bioinformatics approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Validate host factor roles in influenza A polymerase within host cells.
  • Knock down expression of candidate factors and measure virus replication.
  • Assess colocalization of host factors with viral polymerase in situ.
  • Compare interactions of host factors with viral RNPs from different RNA strands.
