Applicants should have a PhD (or near completion) in molecular ecology or evolutionary genetics, with experience in genetic analyses (eDNA, biodiversity, population structure, mating systems, genome assembly, phylogenetics) and excellent analytical skills.

Qualifications

• PhD (or near completion) in molecular ecology or evolutionary genetics with equivalent postdoctoral experience.
• Experience in genetic analyses (eDNA, biodiversity, population structure, mating systems, genome assembly, comparative genomics or phylogenetics).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with high-performance computing clusters.

Responsibilities

• Assist NEOF users with study design, data analysis and training, and contribute to laboratory research and development activities.
