Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead modular, skid‑based power distribution projects from design to site integration. Based in Blackburn or Kendal, you will manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, working with engineering, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure safe, on‑time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will own the commercial performance, forecast accurately, and report to the Head of Projects (Modular) EMEA, while mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex Modular, skid‑based, switchgear, busbar, or power distribution projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, high‑value projects and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including profitability management and cost control.
• Experience across engineering, manufacturing, factory delivery and site execution environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management at all levels, including senior customers.
• Proficient in project management and reporting tools (Office, Smartsheet).
• Excellent organisation, communication and reporting skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Full clean driving licence; UK work eligibility; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high‑value Modular projects, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Lead delivery across the project lifecycle: design, manufacture, FAT, logistics, delivery sequencing and site integration.
• Own project commercial performance: cost control, profitability, variations, invoicing, forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, logistics and site operations.
• Monitor, report and intervene to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control with timely escalation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure complete, accurate, current project documentation and governance.
• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting; promote lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Mentor project team members to drive consistent delivery standards.
