Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead modular projects from design through FAT, logistics, delivery and site integration in Blackburn or Kendal.

You will own scope, schedule, cost and quality, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing and site teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Travel and hybrid working arrangements apply; a strong commercial mindset and PM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex modular, skid-based, switchgear or power distribution projects.
• Ability to manage multiple high‑value projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including profitability and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-value Modular projects from design to site integration.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, logistics and site operations.
• Own project commercial performance including invoicing, forecasting and reporting.
• Provide accurate project reporting and governance aligned updates.
• Mentor team members to drive consistent delivery standards.
