Job summary

Know How Resourcing is recruiting for a Multiskilled Operative with joinery experience in Bradford, working in a modular home manufacturing environment. This workshop-based role offers consistent hours and an early finish on Fridays.

You will perform bench hand joinery, use hand and power tools, measure and assemble materials from drawings and instructions, and support production to meet daily targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bench hand or joinery experience.
• Experience using power tools.
• Ability to read measurements accurately.
• Background in manufacturing or modular housing preferred.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Successful completion of a skills assessment prior to starting.

Responsibilities
