Job summary

Venatu Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Modular Joiner for a busy Brandesburton site in East Yorkshire. The role offers day and night shifts with an immediate start and a path from temporary to permanent employment.

You will carry out first and second fix joinery in modular units, read technical drawings, and work safely to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment. Experience in joinery and strong attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out first and second fix joinery within modular units.

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the production team.
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
• Support manufacturing of modular buildings in a busy environment.

Modular Joiner

CIS or PAYE options available

Various rates for day and nights, CIS and PAYE rates

Temporary to Permanent options available

Days 8.00am to 4:30pm

Nights 5.00pm to 01.30 am

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and semi skilled joiners, to join a busy and growing team based in Brandesburton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Modular Joiner seeking a temporary to permanent position with consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to secure long term employment.

As a Modular Joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out high quality joinery work within a modular construction environment, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while meeting production deadlines. The successful Modular Joiner will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the manufacture and assembly of modular buildings in a safe and efficient manner. This Modular Joiner role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast paced production environment. • Previous experience working as a Modular Joiner, Joiner or Carpenter

• Competent using a range of hand and power tools
• Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
