Job summary
Venatu Consulting Ltd is seeking a skilled Modular Joiner for a busy Brandesburton site in East Yorkshire. The role offers day and night shifts with an immediate start and a path from temporary to permanent employment.
You will carry out first and second fix joinery in modular units, read technical drawings, and work safely to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment. Experience in joinery and strong attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications
- Previous modular joinery experience.
- Experience with reading and following technical drawings.
- Reliability, punctuality and ability to work in a team.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix joinery within modular units.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Install doors, windows, flooring, wall panels, fixtures and fittings.
- Complete work to a high standard and meet production deadlines.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the production team.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Support manufacturing of modular buildings in a busy environment.
