Job summary

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are supporting a Hull-based client to recruit a Modular Estimator for a temp-to-permanent role in the HU9 area. The position offers structured training and mentorship, with the goal of developing into a fully-fledged Estimator.

You will assist with project estimates, review drawings and tender docs, support material take-offs and supplier quotes, and help produce accurate pricing while progressing your estimating career.

Qualifications

• Some experience or exposure within estimating, construction, manufacturing or a building-related environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings/specifications would be advantageous
• Strong numerical and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Excel
• Eager to learn and develop within a long-term role
• High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Modular Estimator (Temp to Permanent)

Location: HU9 Area, Hull

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30 - 17.00

Our valued client is looking to recruit a Modular Estimator to join their team on a temp-to-permanent basis in the HU9 area of Hull.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction, manufacturing or building industry knowledge, alongside some estimating experience or exposure, who is looking to build a long-term career in estimating.

Working closely with an experienced Estimator, the successful candidate will receive ongoing training and mentorship, with the aim of developing into a fully-fledged Estimator over the coming years.

The Role
