Job summary

ARV Solutions Contracts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the site delivery of a major volumetric modular development in London, overseeing manufacture through to handover and coordinating with factory teams, subcontractors and clients.

You will manage lifting operations, site installation sequencing, and ensure compliance with CDM, health and safety, and quality standards while liaising with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in modular or high-rise construction.
• Delivery of large residential/hospitality/mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of lifting operations, logistics, and installation methodologies.
• Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver modular construction project from manufacture to handover.
• Coordinate module production, transport and installation programmes.
• Oversee lifting operations and crane activities.
• Manage structural interfaces including embed plates, steel connections and welding works.
