Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Labourer to support the construction and assembly of modular buildings in Devon. You will assist skilled tradespeople, help keep the site clean and organized, and handle materials and equipment on a dynamic site.

The role requires a physically demanding workload, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. CSCS is mandatory for on-site access and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is mandatory for on-site access.
• Previous labourer experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Good health and safety awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly, installation, and maintenance of modular properties.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Keep the worksite safe, clean, and organized.
• Support tradespeople on maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines on-site.
• Complete tasks as directed by supervisors and site managers.
