Job summary

Pickerings at Measham Depot is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our modular building team. You will interpret CAD drawings and assemble modular structures, fitting doors, windows, partitions, kitchens and sanitary ware to meet customer expectations.

You will have experience in joinery, plumbing and electrics, and be able to work safely outdoors, maintain quality and hit deadlines. This full-time role is based on site at Measham, with 45 hours per week and overtime paid at 1.5x basic rate.

Qualifications

• Joinery, plumbing and electrics experience required.
• Demonstrable experience constructing and modifying modular buildings.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret CAD drawings to construct modular building structures.
• Fit internal fixtures such as doors, windows, partitions, kitchens and sanitary ware.
