Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Modernization & Control Solutions Manager to drive modernization of the installed base and deploy advanced control solutions across service projects.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams through the full project lifecycle, accelerate modernization, expand recurring revenue, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships with digital and energy‑optimization offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (B.Sc. to M.Sc.) in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, industrial services, equipment modernization, or service-related activities.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer-focused projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.

The Modernization & Control Solutions Manager contributes to the profitable growth of the Service business by driving the modernization of the installed base and the deployment of advanced control solutions. Responsible for the full project lifecycle, from opportunity identification through customer acceptance, he/she coordinates cross‑functional teams to accelerate modernization efforts, enhance customer value, and expand recurring revenue streams.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's to Master's degree (B.Sc. to M.Sc.) in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, industrial services, equipment modernization, or service‑related activities.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex customer‑focused projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and results‑oriented mindset.

• Ability to influence stakeholders, mobilize teams, and make data‑driven decisions.

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between £62,500.00-£125,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements
