Job summary

Node4 is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to design, implement, secure and optimise Microsoft 365 workplace solutions for our customers.

The role focuses on Copilot, information protection, governance, endpoint management, identity security and DLP, delivering end-to-end designs and hands-on deployments with best-practice guidance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot including readiness assessments, deployment and governance.
• Experience designing target architectures and security/governance controls for Microsoft 365.
• Consulting skills with ability to run customer workshops and produce technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and technical workshops to gather requirements.
• Assess existing Microsoft 365 environments and identify security and governance improvements.
• Design and implement Modern Workplace solutions with documentation.
• Provide best-practice recommendations and align with Microsoft guidance.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to design, implement, secure, and optimise Microsoft 365 workplace solutions for our customers. The role will have a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, information protection and governance, endpoint management, identity security, and data loss prevention. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with consulting skills, working with customers to assess their existing environments, define target architectures, implement solutions, and establish appropriate security and governance controls.,

• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Copilot readiness assessments, deployment and administration
• Configuration, governance and security of Copilot within Microsoft 365
• Understanding of data access, permissions, oversharing and information governance considerations associated with Copilot

• Sensitivity labels, classification and information protection policies

• Provide technical guidance and recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Work alongside customer stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to drive successful adoption
• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 Copilot, including readiness assessments, deployment, administration and governance.
• Good understanding of Copilot security, permissions, data access, oversharing risks and information governance within Microsoft 365.
• Experience configuring and administering Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection and compliance capabilities.
• Knowledge of sensitivity labels, data classification, retention policies and information protection frameworks.
• Practical experience implementing and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Intune, including device management, compliance policies, endpoint security and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA, passwordless authentication and identity governance.
• Ability to consult, design and deliver Modern Workplace solutions, leading customer workshops, producing technical designs and providing best-practice recommendations.
