Job summary

University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join the gynaecology and surgical ward teams at Queens Hospital, Burton-on-Trent. You will help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff, supporting infection prevention and patient comfort.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week), 12-month fixed term/secondment, salary £25,272 pro rata per year, with the potential to develop within a busy NHS setting

To work as an integral part of the clinical ward team and take responsibility for the co-ordination of all patient facilities services in the ward area, ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
