Job summary

Exclusive Education are seeking a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to join a lively Wigan school. You will teach French and Spanish to Key Stage 3 and 4, taking over the class and delivering outstanding lessons in a supportive environment.

The role starts ASAP on an on-going basis and may suit an ECT or a Qualified Teacher with QTS. Candidates must have a UK work eligibility, a current DBS with update service, and two references from the last two years.

Qualifications

• Hold a teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed. or BA Hons).
• Eligible to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• Have previous experience of working with children.
• Previous MFL teaching experience, including French and Spanish.
• Two references covering the last 2 years.
• Hold a current DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.

Responsibilities

• Teach French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver engaging MFL lessons with strong behaviour management.
• Support pupils' language progression and assessment.

Salary/ Rate: £160-£230 per day depending on experience

Exclusive Education are looking to appoint a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher to work in a school in Wigan. The role will start ASAP on an on-going basis. They are looking for a teacher to take over the class and demonstrate outstanding teaching. Working in a friendly, lively and vibrant school teaching French and Spanish to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.

The School are looking at taking on either an ECT or a Qualified Teacher for this role as long as the ideal candidate is able to implement strong behaviour management strategies whilst adhering to school policies. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification with QTS, such as a PGCE, B.Ed. or a BA Hons
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have previous experience of working with children
• Previous MFL teaching experience including French and Spanish
• Two references working with children covering the last 2 years
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
