Job summary

Sword Group is seeking a motivated Modern Endpoint - EUC Engineer / Junior Consultant to develop in EUC and Modern Workplace consulting. You will work with Consultants to design, implement, migrate, and support secure endpoint management for enterprise customers, across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with hands-on exposure to Intune and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or endpoint management.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of MDM and MAM concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and MFA.
• Experience troubleshooting end-user devices and apps.
• Interest in Microsoft Defender and Zero Trust.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, migration and optimisation of EUC solutions.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune across devices.
• Assist with MDM and MAM across corporate BYOD devices.
• Support Windows Autopilot deployments and device provisioning.
• Manage device compliance policies and application deployments.
• Package, test and deploy applications in customer environments.
• Support endpoint security with Defender and baselines.
• Assist with Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Contribute to Windows servicing and updates.
• Produce technical docs, runbooks and test plans.
• Use PowerShell to automate endpoint tasks.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
