NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a Modern Apprentice Porter to join their Estates and Facilities team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in a fixed-term training position, leading to a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Candidates must demonstrate 3 National 4 qualifications including Maths and English, and meet age requirements for apprenticeships. An online information session will be held to discuss the role in detail.

Modern Apprentice - Porter
Tenure: Fixed term
Salary: Band 2 Salary Scale: £25, 694 - £27,900
Modern Apprentice Salary: Starting salary: £20, 925 per annum
On successful completion of the programme, you will be supported into permanent employment at the entry point of a Band 2 starting salary scale.
Please note that this is a training post graded under Annex 21 Conditions* and will be paid at the Scottish Living Wage (2025/2026 rate). Trainees will be appointed at a salary of £20,925, age dependant - please see guidance: Are you under 21? - Check Your Pay.
Start Date: Week commencing Monday, 11th August 2025
