Job Description

Kickstart your IT career with an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Desktop team based in Hartlepool. As an IT Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware and software support while working alongside a small team of skilled engineers. With a focus on customer satisfaction, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities and growth prospects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Perform equipment audits and ensure smooth operation.
  2. Replace toner cartridges and provide basic administration support.
  3. Install and test software applications.
  4. Assist with hardware installations.
  5. Provide first-line support for technical issues.
Candidate Qualities:
  • High attention to detail and ability to focus on the task at hand.
  • Enthusiastic with ambition, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
  • Open to new ideas and eager to learn.
  • Confident in the use of computers and technology.
Qualifications:
  • GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
