As an IT Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware and software support while working alongside a small team of skilled engineers. Main Responsibilities:

1. Perform equipment audits and ensure smooth operation.
2. Replace toner cartridges and provide basic administration support.
3. Install and test software applications.
4. Assist with hardware installations.
5. Provide first-line support for technical issues.
