Job summary

Lullaby Lane Nurseries is seeking a MA Early Years Practitioner to join our Milngavie/Hogganfield teams. The role focuses on learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 within an attachment-led setting.

You will undertake a Modern Apprenticeship to progress to a qualified Early Years Practitioner, supported by the Nursery Manager and Team Leaders in a loving, safe environment.

Job role: MA Early Years Practitioner

Reports to: Nursery Team Leader

Responsible for:

Our MA Practitioners are responsible for providing a high standard of learning, development and care for our children, which is steeped in the knowledge of attachment theory and early brain development. Supported by our Nursery Manager, Deputy Nursery Managers and Team Leaders, our team will nurture environments that are emotionally and physically safe. You will be supported as you undertake your Modern Apprenticeship, leading to becoming a qualified Early Years Practitioner.

Lullaby Lane Nurseries:

Lullaby Lane Nurseries is an Attachment Led Nursery, based in the heart of Milngavie and Hogganfield, specialising in the care of children aged 0-5 years old, the most formative years of a child's life. There is a wealth of research to indicate the environment a child is exposed to, in the very earliest of years, has an impact on how they develop cognitively, emotionally and socially, which they take with them through into adulthood.

Schedule:

• 18 months fixed term
• 11-hour shift
