Job summary

Wayve in London is hiring a Model Release Engineer to automate end-to-end model release, from training through on-road testing and deployment. You will build scalable services and integrate with MLOps, Simulation, and Release Management to speed and securitize production of AI Driver models.

The role requires Python production services, distributed systems, Kubernetes, observability, and collaboration across teams. We offer a hybrid work model in London and a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Production services in Python experience.
• Distributed systems and API design.
• Cloud platforms with Kubernetes.
• Observability and monitoring knowledge.
• Experience with MLOps and model-release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and build services to automate end-to-end model-release.
• Integrate with Model Eng, MLOps, Simulation, and Release teams.
• Collaborate across Wayve to align interfaces and priorities.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of the platform.
• Provide visibility of model candidates and release status.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.
