Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Site Management.
• BPSS clearance is required with 3 years' employment history.
• Experience on MoD projects is advantageous.
• Strong health & safety awareness is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage works to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver the project successfully.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate site risks.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site activities.
• Maintain strong client and consultant relationships.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards at all times.
• Deliver the project to programme and quality expectations.
