Mobilisation Operations Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: North East England
Salary: £65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
Compass Associates are proud to partner with a well-established provider of residential care services for children who have experienced trauma and are in crisis. We are seeking a Mobilisation Operations Manager to lead the growth of a cluster of new children's homes, working with a dedicated senior leadership team to ensure high standards of care, safety, and compliance.
As Mobilisation Operations Manager, you will oversee the successful day-to-day operation of 2-3 registrations across multiple sites, all in earlier stages of development. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for recruitment and registration to ensure these homes deliver safe, high-quality care.
The candidate should be a confident, capable multi-site operator with a strong background in children’s residential care. Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Operations Manager within children’s social care, with a record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted ratings, is essential.
