A total solutions provider is looking for an experienced Resources Mobilisation and Compliance Officer to join their Site Services team in the UK. This role involves overseeing workforce mobilisation, ensuring compliance with induction and documentation standards, and coordinating logistics. Ideal candidates will have experience in workforce mobilisation, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational abilities. The position offers a full-time schedule with a unique roster (8 days on, 6 days off).

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce mobilisation within the mining or heavy industry sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
• Familiarity with compliance systems and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of workforce mobilisation for client projects.
• Verify and manage employee qualifications, inductions, and compliance records.
• Coordinate mobilisation logistics, including travel, medicals, and site access.
• Liaise with job stakeholders to effectively mobilise workers to client sites.
