Are you an experienced windscreen technician or someone looking for a career change?

At Auto Windscreens, we're committed to delivering high-quality service to customers who have experienced damage to their vehicle glass. This role involves working independently and as part of a team, having fun, and building a career with a national business.

As a technician, you are the friendly face that meets and serves our customers. Our state-of-the-art training and innovation academy will support your development and help you excel. Working with us means learning new skills, gaining recognition for your efforts, and becoming part of an industry leader.

We are seeking mobile technicians to join our team, carrying out repairs and replacements in our XXX branch, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

1. Repair damaged glass on all types of vehicles, including classic cars, commercial vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
2. Provide excellent customer service.
3. Collaborate and share knowledge with regional team members.
4. Identify opportunities to improve our service and provide feedback to the business.
5. Maintain and develop industry-leading knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

1. Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Commitment to outstanding customer service.
4. A positive attitude and pride in your work.
5. Willingness to build a career and support team members.
6. A full valid UK driving licence.
