Job summary

Currys is seeking a White Goods Engineer to service customers in Stevenage and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs and maintain high service standards while working mainly on your own with a company van.

The role requires proven repair experience, a full UK/EU driving licence and ideally ACS gas qualifications. You’ll benefit from 30 days leave, a pension scheme and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
• Customer-focused and able to deliver great service in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company van and manage your day, visiting customers at home.
• Test, diagnose and fix white goods appliances in customers' homes.
• Provide and apply technical knowledge across a range of white goods.
• Build the company’s reputation as a home services expert.
