Job summary

Currys PLC is seeking a White Goods Engineer to diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will drive the company van, plan your day, and deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role includes testing, diagnosing and fixing appliances, building rapport with customers, and working five over eight days with a quarterly bonus and a competitive pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU driving licence with ≤6 penalty points.
• ACS gas safety qualifications (CCN1/CKR1) preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (5 over 8 days).

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose and fix white goods in customers' homes.
• Build and maintain a strong rapport with customers.
• Ensure safety and maintain company van/tools.
• Contribute to overall home-services reputation.
