Job summary

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Ability to organise and plan workload.
• Standalone role requiring initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic customer interaction.
• DBS check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all paperwork for services/products delivered or returned goods is checked and signed off.
• Perform daily vehicle checks prior to starting customer service visits.
• Complete all service schedules allocated by Service Support Administrator.
• Adhere to H&S requirements, including manual handling of goods and monitoring hours per WTD/DTD.
