Job summary

City West Country is seeking a Mobile Technician (Van) in Exeter with travel across the South West. The role involves on-site and mobile service and repair work in our Mercedes-Benz Exeter Aftersales Department, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will perform maintenance and diagnostics to Mercedes-Benz standards, provide comprehensive repair work, and ensure proper documentation for invoicing. A valid UK driving licence and van-specific experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor industry, preferably with vans.
• Certified technician qualifications: Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance.
• Strong team player with good attention to detail.
• Openness to learning and development within the service industry.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and mobile service for customer vehicles.
• Perform all maintenance services per Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Complete diagnostics and repair using workshop information systems.
• Carry out final inspections and function tests on complex repairs.
• Prepare final documentation for invoicing.
