Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification required.
• Ideally, a Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician.
• Full UK driving license.

Mobile Vehicle Technician
Location: You will have a geographical area based from where you live, so this isn't crucial. This opportunity covers the Chigwell area.
Salary: £53,720 basic plus overtime (paid at time and a half). Overall earnings can reach up to £65,000 depending on overtime.
Hours: 40-hour workweek with shifts starting as early as 6am and finishing as late as 2am, with a 12-hour mandatory rest period between shifts. Rota is posted 14 days in advance and may be subject to change until 72 hours prior.

Role Responsibilities:

• Attending breakdowns to diagnose issues, working with the breakdown team. Repairing vehicles on-site to get them back on the road or transporting them to the workshop.
• Advising customers on vehicle issues.
• Vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and diagnostics.
• Delivering exceptional customer service as the face of the business.

Requirements:

• Ideally, a Level 3 qualification as a Vehicle Technician in Light Vehicle Maintenance, but not essential.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification required.
• Full UK driving license.
