RAC is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician for its SMR Division in High Wycombe. You will operate on a pre-booked schedule across local areas, performing routine servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs with the tools and support you need to deliver quality workmanship.
You’ll work in a fully equipped RAC van environment, with a base salary of £40,170 and OTE up to £52,000, plus overtime and bonus opportunities.

Our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division is a newer, fast-growingpart of the RAC, built to deliver planned, structured repair and servicingdirectly to members - from their driveway to their workplace car park.
There are no emergency callouts, no unpredictable shift patterns and noroadside recoveries.Instead, you’ll work through a scheduled list ofjobs, with the time, tools and support you need to do quality work.
