Job summary

Halfords is hiring a Mobile Vehicle Technician to deliver workshop-quality servicing and repairs at customers' homes and workplaces from a fully equipped van. You will manage your day, build trust with customers and use your skills to keep the nation moving.

The role offers a 44-hour week, with shifts 8am-6pm over five days and 1 in 2 weekends, plus a base salary and an attractive bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a vehicle servicing & maintenance role.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent communication and confidence when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Interim, Full and Major vehicle services.
• Battery and Dashcam fitting.
• Vehicle inspections and fault diagnostics.
• Tyre fitting, puncture repairs and wheel balancing.
• Air conditioning servicing and re-gassing.
