Job summary

Middlesbrough, United Kingdom — Our client is expanding their mobility service and seeks Mobile Mechanic / Vehicle Technicians to join the team. Day shifts with hours to suit you; salary £38,000–£42,000 with a fully expensed company van and potential OTE £46k–£50k.

Role is Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday in 4. 24/7 operation offering progression and strong earning potential. Start and finish your day on your driveway with no workshop oversight.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills to manage processes and paperwork.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues and junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance on cars and delivery vans.
• Provide technical advice and customer care.
• Adhere to legislation, company, manufacturer, and supplier protocols.

Day Shift Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 (DOE) + fully expensed company van + time saved bonus OTE £46k - £50k

Your Role as Mobile Mechanic:

• Conducting vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance on cars and delivery vans
• Providing top-notch technical advice and customer care
• Adhering to legislation, company, manufacturer, and supplier protocols
• Committing to continuous learning and development

Requirements:

• Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent)
• Strong organisational skills to manage processes and paperwork
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues and junior team members
• Hold a valid full driving licence with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of six months
• Proof of the 'Right to work in the UK'
