Role: Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician
Location: Stevenage (opportunities across Stevenage with area tailored to your location)
Salary: £38,625 basic per annum, OTE £50,000 with bonuses and premium-rate overtime; guaranteed overtime option to increase base to £44,385
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays

Role responsibilities
- Attend breakdowns with the breakdown team to diagnose issues and determine whether the vehicle can be repaired on-site or needs to be returned to the workshop
- Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues
- Vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and vehicle diagnostics
- Represent the company with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Preferably Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair; Level 2 considered with equivalent qualifications (City & Guilds, IMI, or NVQ) and the ability to demonstrate qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points or bans
- Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
