Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to cover the Elgin area. You will work from a home-based service van, with flexible day and night shifts and a strong focus on customer service.

The role offers a basic salary up to £35,000 with OTE up to £44,000+ for high performers, plus an extensive benefits package and ongoing training including EV/hybrid accreditation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Proven mobile or workshop-based vehicle technician experience.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage onsite appointments effectively.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, diagnostics and repairs on-site at customer locations.
• Operate from a fully equipped service van, starting and finishing from home.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Accurately complete job cards, reports and related documentation.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults efficiently and accurately.
• Manage daily workload independently with strong organizational skills.

Main Duties asa Mobile Vehicle Technician:
