Monday Matters Recruitment Ltd in North London is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a growing national automotive team. You will travel to customer sites to service, repair and diagnose vehicles, ensuring work meets manufacturer standards and remains safe for road use.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, a company van and tools provided, and clear routes to develop within a well-established automotive group.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Valid UK driving licence for at least two years.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Professional manner and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs within qualifications.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and electrical diagnostics where required.
• Complete repairs to approved methods and manufacturer standards.
• Carry out warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired and restored to original condition.
• Complete documentation accurately and follow company procedures.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to customers.

Monday Matters Recruitment is working with a leading name in the automotive industry to recruit a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their growing national team.

The Role:

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will travel to support customers, carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general vehicle servicing and repairs within your qualifications.
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and undertaking electrical diagnostics where required.
• Completing repairs in line with approved methods and manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensuring vehicles are repaired and restored to their original condition.
• Completing all relevant documentation accurately and following company procedures.
• Providing a professional, customer-focused service when interacting with customers face to face.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Mechanical Inspector.
• A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• A full, valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• A professional manner and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
