Job summary

Monday Matters Recruitment Ltd in Bath is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a growing national team. You will travel to customers, carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, a full UK driving licence (2+ years), and strong diagnostic skills. Company van and tools are provided, with a Monday–Friday pattern and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Professional manner with a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general servicing and repairs within qualifications.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform electrical diagnostics as required.
• Complete repairs in line with approved methods and manufacturer standards.
• Carry out warranty repairs per manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to original condition and documents completed accurately.
• Provide a professional, customer-focused service face-to-face.

Monday Matters Recruitment is working with a leading name in the automotive industry to recruit a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their growing national team.

The Role:

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will travel to support customers, carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and diagnostics to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general vehicle servicing and repairs within your qualifications.
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and undertaking electrical diagnostics where required.
• Completing repairs in line with approved methods and manufacturer standards.
• Carrying out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensuring vehicles are repaired and restored to their original condition.
• Completing all relevant documentation accurately and following company procedures.
• Providing a professional, customer-focused service when interacting with customers face to face.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic or Mechanical Inspector.
• A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• A full, valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• A professional manner and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
