Job summary

The AA is looking for a Mobile Mechanic in Worcester to deliver exceptional vehicle repair services directly at customers' homes or workplaces. You'll enjoy a great work-life balance with shifts from Monday to Saturday, covering hours between 8am and 8pm.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,307 to £38,270 (OTE £41,400 to £44,000), plus paid overtime. A company van, uniform, and industry-leading tools will be provided, along with training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a workshop or mobile mechanic environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix a wide range of vehicle issues, roadside or at appointments.
• Explain diagnostics and repairs clearly to customers.
• Work independently across multiple locations.
