Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is building a new QA Function within Mobile Quality Engineering for a leading consumer brand in London. We are hiring multiple Mobile Test Automation Engineers (Mid-Level to Senior) to shape tooling, standards, and automation across mobile products in an Agile, product-led team.

Roles range from hands-on delivery to technical leadership. Hybrid work in London with salary £65,000–£85,000 based on experience and level.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mobile test automation using Appium.
• Testing across iOS and/or Android (native/hybrid).
• Strong WebDriver-based E2E automation understanding.
• Experience with visual regression testing tools like Maestro or Percy.
• Experience with Allure for test reporting.
• Experience in Agile product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated E2E tests for mobile applications.
• Build and evolve Appium-based automation frameworks for iOS and Android.
• Implement and maintain visual regression testing using Percy.
• Produce high-quality, actionable test reports using Allure.
• Partner with developers and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
• Investigate test failures, identify root causes, and reduce flakiness.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable automated testing.
• (Senior) Define mobile test strategy, tooling standards, and best practices.
• (Senior) Mentor and support other QA engineers as the team grows.
