Job summary

Elite Workforce Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Tail Lift Engineer in Milton Keynes. The role offers a salary of up to £40,000 per year, a company van and a fuel card with Monday to Friday hours.

You will service, diagnose and repair tail lift equipment on trailers and Class 2 HGVs, while maintaining safety and quality records at customer sites. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Elite Workforce Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading commercial vehicle maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Tail Lift Engineer based in Milton Keynes

The Role

• Service, maintain and repair a wide range of tail lift equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
• Carry out routine servicing, inspections and emergency breakdown repairs.
• Work on trailers and Class 2 HGVs fitted with tail lift systems.
• Complete all maintenance records and job sheets accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while working at customer locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience servicing and repairing tail lifts is essential.
• Experience working on trailers and Class 2 HGVs.
• Strong hydraulic, electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• LOLER qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Previous commercial vehicle engineering experience.
