Job summary

Creative Support Ltd is recruiting warm, flexible peripatetic Support Workers to provide person-centred care across Tyneside and Durham. You will travel between locations to support individuals in their tenancies, assisting with medication application, MAR completion, personal care, and community access.

A minimum of 12 months’ experience is required; a valid driver’s license is essential due to the large geographic area covered.
