Creative Support is seeking caring individuals to join our team in South Shields, South Tyneside. You will support adults with learning disabilities to live full, fun, and active lives, with full training provided.

No prior experience is required, and a driving licence is preferred due to local travel. We offer diverse duties including personal care, medication assistance, meal planning, and activities in the community.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• You must be able to follow agreed guidelines and work within a supportive team ethos.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support to help clients reach personal goals.
• Assist with personal care and medication.
• Attend appointments.
• Support with meal planning and preparation.
• Ensure access to local activities and community participation, including trips out.
• Support events within services.
• Promote local social opportunities.
